There is a cloud over Major League Baseball that is stalled and just hangs there looming ominous while gathering energy from the hot controversy that has surrounded steroid use to enhance performance. There will be a storm that results from this cloud and the sooner it happens the better, because as the cloud continues to grow the resulting storm only promises to be more damaging.
The way Barry Bond’s achievement is recognized, celebrated, and discussed by the Commissioner of Baseball could determine where the outcome is classified F1 thru 6 .
