  • Chicago radio host Cisco Cotto and his wife Anna tried to copyright the phrase ” It’s an ObamaNation!” The U.S. Patent Office refused the request under Anna’s name because the “proposed mark consists of or comprises matter that may disparage or bring into contempt or disrepute to Barack Obama. ” The wikipedia screenshot near the bottom of the rejection email is quite a puzzle. (Warning: Adult Content.)
